how to break procrastination?

kai means change, zens means knowledge.

kaizen is the process of making a change in slow steps with full acceptance of the need to change.

journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

so, whatever change you want to bring about, start with just one minute per day at the same time each day.

start with a minute and go from there.

remember that sudden large changes can leave you feel depleted because you are not used to the new state.


why do people procrastinate?

you procrastinate, because you dread to do it.

why do you do the things you dread in the first place?

you think you get something in exchange of the unpleasantness you put up with.

but human's never get anything in the end, they are either buried or burnt.

try to live well before your body is disposed of.

find the things you enjoy doing and then you will not have to procrastinate.
